Questions
How many people does the Families plan cover?
Up to six: the organizer and five more. Each person gets their own private vault, plus the Family vault you all share.
Can the organizer see everyone's passwords?
No. Each person's own vaults stay private to them. The organizer sees only the Family vault and any vault someone chooses to share.
What if someone forgets their master password?
If they turned on family recovery, they ask the organizer from the log-in page. The organizer compares a short code with them, and their new device gets back in. Nobody at Vallkey can do this for them.
What happens to a member who leaves?
They keep their own vault, and the Family vault goes from their devices. When the organizer removes someone, the Family vault gets a new key, so what's added later stays out of reach.
