The price lock
While your subscription continues, its price never goes up. If we raise prices for new subscribers, yours stays where it was. Cancel and come back later, and you'll pay the price of the day you return, locked again from then.

Switching from a paid plan?
Premium is free for the months you've already paid for elsewhere, up to twelve. Before your first plan, tell us which password manager you're leaving and how many months you have left.

Billing questions
How is Premium billed?
Yearly: $35.88, which is $2.99 a month. Families is $59.88 a year for up to 6 people. Teams and Business are billed each month, for each person.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account becomes Free. Nothing is deleted, and everything Free includes keeps working.
What's the refund policy?
It will be published with the terms before billing opens.
Are there discounts?
Prices are set for each country, so they're fair where you live. Nonprofits and schools can write to us.
How will I pay?
By card, on the web, through Stripe, which never gives us your card number. The iPhone, iPad and Android apps show your plan and sell nothing.
