If Vallkey is down

The status page shows the live state of every part of Vallkey and any incident. If we are unreachable, requests through Vallkey fail. Prepare a way out before you need it:

1. In your provider's dashboard, create a backup key with only the permissions your app needs (in Stripe, a restricted key).
2. Store it in your password manager. Never put it in your app or CI until you need it.
3. If we are down: set the backup key as your app's key, remove the api.vallkey.com override, and redeploy.
4. When we are back: switch to the ghost key again and roll the backup key in your provider's dashboard, since it has now been used.
